Chameleon Building & Maintenance offers professional maintenance services in Nanaimo and surrounding areas. We are operated under strong values aimed at meeting our clients needs. We aren't happy with a job until the client is happy.

Cameron and Ellen Betz, owners and operators, have lived in Nanaimo since 2009. They love life on Vancouver Island with their friends and cat Leo.

The Business Name Chameleon was chosen because it combines the names of both Cam and Ellen and it implies that they are adaptable and can offer many different services to suit their client's needs.

​

Cameron has worked in the building maintenance and construction industry for over 20 years; the majority of those years working as a self-employed contractor. Cameron has been a Journeyman Carpenter since February 1999. A variety of skill sets and being directly involved in day-to-day activities allows him to offer a variety of services and ensures a high standard of work.

Chameleon Building & Maintenance is municipally licensed, covered by WorkSafeBC and carries commercial liability insurance. Details available upon request.
